Principle of operation

The beer ready to sterilize passes through the high-pressure beer pump into the plate heat exchanger,Pre-heated up to 65℃,Again heated by 85℃ of hot water to 75℃,After being section for 30 seconds，It can reach a pasteurized unit value of 25Pu.Then cool down to 12℃ through the plate heat exchanger，Finally, enter the cooling system and cool down to 2℃，Then enter the buffer tank for subsequent filling.

When the sterilization temperature is below the process requirements (set to 75℃), it can enter the cycle state automatically,When the sterilization temperature rises to 75℃,Automatic shut the circulation valve for 1 minute.Open the wine pneumatic butterfly valve,Ensure the quality of sterilization.When the other control parameters exceed the set value, the equipment alarms and stops automatically.
